Processing and Creation Times

At Mummy and H, we hand-make all your items meaning they come with extra love. 

Once you place an order, we request your items from our supplier. As they are travelling to us, we work on designs and personalisation ready to be applied to your garments.

When we get the blank garment from our supplier, it usually takes us just one to two business days to add that personal touch before sending it your way.

But hey, we're real-life mums too! So, we kindly ask for a little extra time — up to 5 business days — to make sure your special items are perfect. You know how it is... mum life and all!

Planning for a special occasion and need your items pronto? Totally understand! We've been there, done that last-minute rush ourselves. Just slide into our DMs on Instagram, and let's chat about an express option before you hit that order button. 

You might wonder: why not just keep stock in the studio waiting to be personalised? Well, here at Mummy and H, we're all about inclusivity — think sizes from 0000 to 7XL. That's a whole spectrum of stock to manage in our cosy family studio! So, to keep things fresh with the latest styles and cater to everyone, we've opted for an on-demand ordering system. Sure, it might cause a slight delay, but trust us, the benefits for you make it totally worth the wait.

To Summarise:

  • Orders can take between 3-5 business days to be processed.
  • If you experience extended delays, you will be contacted but these are very rare and unlikely.
  • If you require an express option, please contact us via Instagram DMs to discuss before ordering.
  • Postage is on top of processing times.
  • We are based in Moorabbin; if you would like to speed things up with collection. please let us know.

Refund Policy

As all your garments are personalised just for you, we can not process refunds once you have made a purchase.

We do, however, uphold Australian Consumer Laws if an item is faulty.

If you are unhappy with your order, whilst we can not refund, please reach out on Instagram or via email and we will see if we can find a solution for you.
